Researchers from Microsoft Threat Intelligence have discovered a new variant of malware that can target cryptocurrency wallets

XCSSET was first detected back in 2020 and allows attackers to take screenshots, record user actions, and steal data from Telegram

This updated version can also target data in the Apple "Notes" app and uses obfuscation methods that make the malware difficult to detect
