Ethereum Foundation launches Open Intents Framework

According to a post on X from February 19, the Ethereum Foundation has launched an open-source system that helps developers create and deploy "intents" — an advanced technology designed to simplify and speed up the transfer of assets between various Ethereum-based blockchains

The Open Intents Framework is supported by more than 30 Ethereum-based platforms, including Optimism, Arbitrum, and Starknet

This new framework will make the ecosystem more cohesive, ensuring that "intents" will work seamlessly across all layer 2 projects
