Trump family works with AAVE on a DeFi project

On September 4, World Liberty Financial, Donald Trump's family's upcoming web project, published detailed information about the project on social media. The team added that their code was audited by security firms such as Zokyo, Fuzzland, PeckShield, and BlockSec

The announcement came the day after CoinDesk reported that WLFI had published an official document on GitHub describing a lending platform similar to Dough Finance — a protocol that was hacked in July for $2.1 million

Notably, four developers from Dough Finance are listed as members of the WLFI team. The document has since been removed from GitHub
