Tokenized treasury bonds grew to $5.6B, driving RWA growth

According to CoinGecko's 2025 RWA report, the tokenized US Treasuries market has grown more than 500% since the start of 2024, reaching a record market capitalization of $5.6B at the end of April

This fivefold growth was driven mainly by rising investor demand for low-risk, high-yield assets, the report states. A sharp jump also occurred in March, when the Trump administration announced new trade tariffs
