Can I make payments from someone else's account?

Short answer
Using third-party bank or cryptocurrency accounts is prohibited as it violates the E-Change platform's rules. Such actions can lead to account suspension and refusal of service.

Some users may try to use a third-party account for cryptocurrency exchange, and this question often comes up among clients of crypto services. However, payments from a third-party account are strictly prohibited at our crypto exchange. This rule is in place to protect users and to comply with international anti-financial-crime standards.

If the system detects transactions made from a third-party account at the crypto exchange, the platform may refuse to process them, request additional verification, or even fully block the account.

This is because E-Change aims to minimize risks related to fraud, money laundering, and illegal transfers of funds. We adhere to strict international security standards and use modern technology to monitor all financial operations.

When carrying out a cryptocurrency exchange, it is strongly recommended to use only those payment instruments that are registered in the name of the account holder. This will not only ensure the security of the deal, but will also help you avoid withdrawal restrictions and temporary profile suspensions.
