I did not receive the account activation email.
Short answer
If the account activation email did not arrive, first check the "Spam" folder in your mailbox. Also make sure you entered the correct email address at registration. If the message is missing, try requesting it to be resent or contact support.
After registering on the E-Change platform, you need to confirm your account in order to get full access to the service. To do this, a notification with instructions is sent to your email.
If you did not receive the notification:
- If you are using a corporate email, make sure your mail server is not blocking automated messages.
- Check the "Spam" folder, as it may have been sent there by mistake.
- Make sure your email address has been entered correctly with no typos.
- Try refreshing your mailbox and waiting a few minutes.
- Some email services may delay message delivery, so wait 15–20 minutes and check your mail again.
Account activation is a mandatory step to ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized access to your account. If the email never arrives, contact the 24/7 support service, which will help you complete account confirmation manually.
